Where is the submit a request ticket form in Help Center?
Agents do not see the Submit a request link when logged into Help Center as an agent.
To view the Submit a request page
- In Guide, click the Customize design icon () in the sidebar.
- Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
- Click Preview role, then select End user.
- Click Submit a request at the top right of the page.
The Submit a request page that is visible to end users is displayed to your agents as desired. For more information on the options within your Help Center, see the Guide Resources.
Alternatively, if your Help Center does not require sign-in to view, your agents can use an incognito browser window to visit the Help Center as an anonymous user, and see the Submit a request page as a non-agent would.
