Where is the submit a request ticket form in Help Center?
Agents do not see the Submit a request link when logged into Help Center as an agent.
To view the request page
- In your Help Center, click Guide admin General > Customize design icon () in the sidebar.
- In the Previewing as box in the lower right corner, click the drop-down arrow next to the role name and select End-user.
- Click Submit a request at the top right of the page.
The submit a request page that is visible to end-users will now be displayed to your agents as desired. For more information on the options within your Help Center, see Guide Resources.
