Question
How can I format images as hyperlinks within a ticket comment?
Answer
First, determine what formatting option you are using in your account. To do so, navigate to Admin > Settings > Tickets, and either the Rich Content or Markdown will be enabled.
Markdown
If Markdown is selected, you will need to host the image externally and link to both the image and the hyperlink in the following format:
[](website URL goes here)
Rich Content
If Rich Content is selected, use the following steps:
- Drag the image into the ticket body and insert as an inline image.
- Highlight the image in the ticket body.
- Select CTRL+K (PC) or CMD+K (Mac) to open the hyperlink popup.
- Insert the website URL into this popup.

Hey Kate,
Thanks for this - but I have a related question.
I added my company logo to my signature at the bottom of each ticket - is it possible to make the image clickable (as in linked to my company website) so my customers can go straight to my website?
That would be a great help!
Hi
I am trying to add an image as a hyperlink to the email signature, it appears in Zendesk when I hit submit but doesn't appear in the email that gets sent to the customer
