How do I bulk delete organizations and users in my Support account?
At this time, there is not a method to bulk delete organization from within the agent interface.
We recommend leveraging our API with a custom script (see Bulk Delete Organizations).
From the agent interface, users can be bulk deleted by going to Admin > Manage > People, then selecting Bulk end-user delete in the upper right Bulk Management menu. With this option, there are two different options, delete a user or delete user and content. The and content option deletes content that the user posted in the community.
Users can also be bulk deleted via the API bulk user delete endpoint with a custom script (see Bulk deleting users).
