I configured my Salesforce integration using the instruction outlined in Salesforce: Setting up and sending Zendesk tickets into Salesforce, to display Support tickets in my Salesforce account, but some tickets are missing. Can I force them to push to Salesforce?
If you've followed the instructions above, your tickets are pushed to Salesforce via a trigger and an external target. The trigger's default conditions instruct it to fire when a ticket is solved, so if you'd like to push the tickets sooner, you may update that trigger to push tickets upon a different ticket event. Further, you may notice that some tickets still don't push. Because Closed tickets can't be updated, the trigger that pushes these can't fire on Closed tickets. There is unfortunately not a way to push Closed tickets into Salesforce.
