Some tickets not displaying in Salesforce Follow

    Hi, I am not able to send any ticket from Zendesk to salesforce. It seems that there is no connection between Salesforce and Zendesk. I followed the above documentation well. Earlier it used to send the ticket to salesforce under "Zendesk support ticket" category but ever since I removed the an admin user, and added a new one, everything is changed.

    So far I have installed apps both side and reconfigured them, Zendesk target sends the information to salesforce but it does not reach there.
