Cannot expand tags after deleting some Follow

Question

I have X amount of tags on a ticket and have just deleted a couple to view the full list, but the link to show more isn't working. Why can't I see all tags after initially deleting some?

Answer

The ticket tags field is not built to pull the information dynamically, so it's relying on old information when the tags are deleted. To view all the tags you can either:

  • Expand the full list before deleting tags or;
  • Save the ticket by submitting as, and reload the ticket to refresh the list.
