How do I add Zendesk Support tickets under accounts using Salesforce Lightning?
Answer
When using the Salesforce Lightning edition, if you want to see your Zendesk tickets under Accounts, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Accounts > Select any account
- On the upper right hand corner of your screen, click Setup (
)
- Select Edit Page
- Under Standard, drag Visualforce at the center of your screen. I would suggest placing it above Related | Details section
- Once done, click Save
After doing the steps above, refresh the page and try to open an account. You should be able to see your Zendesk tickets now.

Hi,
I have configured Salesforce Lightning per the above instructions, but in the new object pane I see the following error: "There is no DiscoverOrg ID associated with this record".
Is there something else I need to configure?
...it seems the answer was 'yes'. I eventually figured out that I needed to select 'ZendeskAccount' under the 'Visualforce Page Name':
i followed the steps. Trying to display relevant tickets for accounts.Zendesk section is appearing but it is not fetching the tickets details.
Tickets are appearing correctly in Zendesk tab.
