Add Support tickets under accounts using Salesforce Lightning

    I have configured Salesforce Lightning per the above instructions, but in the new object pane I see the following error: "There is no DiscoverOrg ID associated with this record".

    Is there something else I need to configure? seems the answer was 'yes'. I eventually figured out that I needed to select 'ZendeskAccount' under the 'Visualforce Page Name':
