How To Show Zendesk Support Tickets Under Accounts When Using Salesforce Lightning?

When using the Salesforce Lightning edition, if you want to see your Zendesk tickets under Accounts, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Accounts > Select any account
  2. On the upper right hand corner of your screen, click Setup (gear icon)
  3. Select Edit Page
  4. Under Standard, drag Visualforce at the center of your screen. I would suggest placing it above Related | Details section
  5. Once done, click Save

After doing the steps above, refresh the page and try to open an account. You should be able to see your Zendesk tickets now.
