    Hi there, how do you go about linking attributes that are unconnected (greyed out)? For example, I create a new ticket form with drop down ticket fields. I want to report on the drop down ticket fields, but they are greyed out. How do I resolve?

    @Sean, I will need to take a look at your use-case. Normally, all default Ticket metrics can be sliced by the ticket field attributes, because they are part of the same table. Perhaps, there is an issue with the metric you have used.
