I'm on an Essential plan and trying to set up a new app/integration on my account, but I keep getting error messages like this:
"Uh oh, it looks like your Support account does not allow adding integrations. Please talk to your team's Zendesk administrator to find out more."
With a few exceptions, Essential customers do not have access to any public or custom private apps and integrations:
