    I just upgraded my subscription from Teams to Professional and I still get the "Resource doesn't exist" message. What am I missing?

    Hey Mike! 

    I see you were able to get assistance with this in a ticket as well...the most likely culprit in these situations is a browser caching issue. Refreshing your browser or, if that doesn't work, clearing your cache and cookies will usually take care of it!

    It would be so nice if Zendesk actually reported that we can't install plugins because we're not on the right plan - instead of just returning a useless nonsense error.
