I am currently on Multibrand and would like to set up a host-mapped domain for one or more of my brands. How can I do this?
- Follow steps 1 and 2 on our article regarding changing the address of your support website.
- Within Zendesk Support, navigate to Admin > Manage > Brands.
- Expand the brand's options by clicking on it.
- In the Host mapping field, enter your host-mapped domain.
Note: You must have an SSL certificate uploaded in order to host-map your domains.
