How can I export users' email addresses from my Zendesk Support account?
There are two different options to export user's email addresses:
- You can pull this data out of your Support account by using our API. For more information, check our API documentation.
- The second option is only available for Professional and Enterprise accounts: If you are an administrator in your account you can head to Admin > Reports > Export and request a CSV or XML file, which will include your users' email addresses. See Exporting data to a CSV or XML file for more information.
