How can I export users' email addresses from Zendesk? Follow

    There is no Admin > Reports option in my settings view, and I'm on a Pro plan.  What gives?

    Hey Mark! Welcome to the Community!

    Let me clarify where you'll find this. Click on the Gear Icon in the sidebar of your agent interface. From there, you'll want to go to the Manage heading in the admin menu. You'll find the Reports option about halfway down that list.
