I usually don't need to enter a username and password to sign in to Chat; it automatically logs me in if I'm logged in to Zendesk Support. Now I need credentials to log in. What can I do?
- Begin by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
- Sign back in to Zendesk Support to see if the problem persists.
- If it does, try a different browser altogether.
- If you're still asked for credentials in a separate browser, please submit a ticket to email@example.com for further investigation.
