I usually don't need to enter a username and password to sign in to Chat; it automatically logs me in if I'm logged in to Zendesk Support. Now I need credentials to log in. What can I do?
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies; for browser-specific instructions, see this article: Options to clear cache and cookies.
- Sign back into Zendesk Support to see if the problem persists.
- If it does, try a different browser all together.
