How do I transfer ownership of my Inbox account?

Answer

Only the account owner can transfer ownership, not an administrator or agent. The new owner must be present in the team list. To make the change:

  1. Click on the Options Icon.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Transfer Account Ownership.
  4. Choose the person that you want to transfer the ownership to.
