How can I change the text that is displayed on the Web Widget (Classic) button when a customer first comes to my website?
If you have the Support Web Widget (Classic)
You can set the widget button to say "Help" "Support" or "Feedback". To select one of those words go to your Support product and click the Admin icon () in the sidebar > Channels > Web Widget (Classic). Select the widget you want to change and scroll down to Web Widget (Classic) button text. Select your preferred word for the widget button text from the dropdown menu: Help, Support, or Feedback.
You can also change the Contact form button text in the same place, if your contact form is currently toggled on in the Web Widget (Classic) settings.

If you have the legacy Chat widget (chat-only or legacy chat)
From the Chat product go to Settings > Widget > Appearance. Scroll down until you see the settings for Minimized chat button. Here you can type in word or phrase for the Online message and Offline message.
