The options for viewing and extracting Talk data vary according to the Zendesk Support and Talk pricing plan you are in.
If you are on the Talk Professional or Enterprise plan, you can use the Live calls dashboard to view calls in real time (see the article: Monitoring calls with the Live calls dashboard (Talk Professional and Enterprise)
