What are my options for viewing and extracting my account's Zendesk Talk data?
Zendesk Explore offers a Talk dashboard that allow you to analyse your Talk activity. You can also create your own custom reports.
Additionally, you can use the Incremental Exports API to export a complete list of information on inbound and outbound calls from your Zendesk Talk instance, then periodically (incrementally) fetch items that have been created or updated since the previous fetch.
The Incremental Exports API is available to those on the Talk Team plan and above, as well as the Zendesk Suite Team plan and above.
