    Hi, I'm having trouble clicking on the link as well for this feature request. We'd like to be able to update the modal as our customers seem to get confused which credentials to use, our apps or credentials for our Zendesk Help Center.

    Is there an update on this request?

    Can we remove the pop-up screen for all users (end users also)? 

    Our company does not require any login in on help center page.

    I want to second Adam. Our customers don't need to log in to our Help Center at all, as all our content is visible publicly, so only our team actually uses the login window. However, the wording on the popup suggests otherwise. I'd like to be able to customize the text. I don't need to be able to make any other changes on the popup.

    We have the "require login" feature turned off, but customers still see the option to sign in, and if they click it it makes it sound like they ought to log in and can contact us for login credentials. I am concerned that they will think that they are logging in to our main webstore and be confused why their credentials don't work.

    If this is something for which a new feature request should be submitted, please advise how to go about that. It seems different from the one listed at the top of this post, which is about whether branding/styling is applied.

    Would you mind adding a "Accept Privacy & Terms Condition" due to EU GDPR law?

    It would be nice to have a dedicated area in the dashboard to customize both the link/s and text.

    I find it interesting that the Zendesk Support login page appears to be customized. I would like to do something similar for our support site.

    Is it possible to have a separate sign in page rather than a pop-up?  We've had several customer's indicate that they're unable to change their pop-up settings and therefore can't sign in to our support portal or community.

    We have the same issue as Adam and Liz, no log in required but customers still getting confused and trying to sign in to our help center using the credentials they use to access our app, any update on this?

    Hey Kushal,

    That's definitely odd behavior since the require sign-in should be account wide. Do you have public facing content for each of the languages you have available in Guide or has this not been set up yet?

    Hi K.!

    This type of set-up is possible by using the Single sign-on (SSO) options in Zendesk. Customers will use the SSO options in combination with an external sign-in page to authenticate users outside of your Zendesk. 

    That is currently how you would achieve that type of sign in! My suggestion is to read through the SSO documentation to see if this is something you could implement for your team, and which option best suits you! Just as a note, configuration for this usually lies outside of Zendesk, and Zendesk will ask for specific details under Admin > Settings > Security.

    We disabled require sign in in guide settings. However when language is changed from english to others the pop-up screen is appearing for few languages. How to disable sing in setting at language level .

    I cannot access the feature request link mentioned at the top of this thread. The link it takes me to is https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203439136-CSS-branding-not-applied-to-sign-in-page-Help-Center-? and says I am not authorized to view this page even though I am signed in. 

     

    I would like to have this functionality to customize the sign in modal window, as we want our users to be able to login using LinkedIn as an option at a minimum.

    What page are you looking at exactly? When I click the Sign in link from support.zendesk.com, I get the standard login in modal window. Can you be more specific about where you're seeing this?

    Hey Dave -

    Yep, this is actually pretty easy to do, since requiring authentication is a setting in Guide. To turn off the log-in pop-up, simply go into your Guide Admin > Settings and then under the "Security" header, un-check the "Require sign-in" option. This will render your Help Center visible to everyone without logging in.
