Question

When my end users are directed to login to the Help Center, my logo is shrunk down to fit onto this login popup and it's barely readable. Is there anyway to prevent the logo from shrinking?

Answer

It is currently not possible to prevent the logo from shrinking on this page. You may consider removing the logo from the sign in page altogether, so that it is not displayed on the sign in screen, and making minor code edits to display the logo within your Help Center.

To remove existing logo

  1. Within the Help Center, navigate to General > Customize Design.
  2. From the toolbar that opens on the left hand side, scroll to the Logo section
  3. Upload a blank white image.

Once you've uploaded the white image, your logo will be removed from the sign in page, but also the header of your Help Center. You will want to perform the steps in the next section to re-add your logo to your Help Center pages (excluding the sign-in screen.)

Uploading & displaying your new logo

  1. Upload your logo image to your Help Center assets.
  2. Remove the {{logo_url}} reference from your header via General > Customize Design and select the Header template.

  3. Replace with the image assets URL.

  4. If necessary, open the CSS template and edit logo image size to fit your header.
