Is there a placeholder I can use (in outgoing notifications, agent signatures, etc.) to display my Zendesk Talk phone number?


There is a placeholder you can use to reference your Talk number:


In order to use the placeholder, you will need to determine the ID of the Talk number you want to display. Currently, the only way to identify that ID is through the use of the Talk API. The specific call you can make to determine your Talk IDs is:  

You will replace subdomain with your account's name. This will return all current Talk numbers in your account. Identify the ID of the one you wish to display and insert that in the ID spot of the placeholder, e.g. {{account.incoming_phone_number_20111047}}.
