401 Console Errors on JIRA

    You also get a 401 if you try to link a JIRA instance that uses the Attlassian CROWD directory instead of the JIRA internal directory. The 401 is preventing the use of the integration - making the integration devoid of all functionality.

    Hi Peter,

    Thank you for your patience. At this time it is not possible to use the Atlassian Crowd directory with the JIRA connector, the integration only is available for use with the internal jira directory. 

    I see you created a feedback request in our product feedback form. Thank you for taking the time to detail out your use case. I will as well mark this internally as a feedback item for the JIRA plugin.

    We had the same problem.  In our case, we just had to uninstall the Zendesk Support for Jira plugin and reinstall it.
