- When an agent loads a ticket, the console shows a 502 (Bad Gateway) error.
- When an agent clicks on the Create issue button, the JIRA app shows the install instructions and the console gives another 502 (Bad Gateway) error.

- Agent is unable to link a JIRA issue to the ticket
- The Base URL is most likely misconfigured.
- Log in to JIRA, goto the configure page for the addon.
- Update the JIRA base URL and make sure that it matches your JIRA URL host.
- Be sure to check for the any wrong spellings or any significant part missing like a .com, etc...
