Zendesk for iPad will now be listed separately from Zendesk for iPhone. Our iPad app will only be available for download here.
Please download the new app listing and delete the current app from your device. As of November 15th, the current iPad app will no longer be usable.
Why are we doing this?
A new iPhone app is coming soon and our iPad app is moving to facilitate the update of our phone apps.
Are there any new iPad features with this change?
Sorry, no. This update is purely housekeeping and moving the app to its new location. Having a separate listing from the iPhone will better allow us to make future updates to the iPad.
