I've reordered my existing ticket fields via Admin > Manage > Ticket fields but they are not appearing in their re-ordered form, either within my Support portal or from the new request page in my Help Center. How can I ensure my fields are properly reordered?

If you are using multiple ticket forms (Professional add-on and Enterprise only), please ensure that the fields have been reordered on the form specifically.
- Navigate to Admin > Manage > Ticket Forms.
