What is Zendesk Labs? Why aren't Zendesk Labs apps supported by Zendesk?
Zendesk Labs allows any engineer to come up with an idea, code it, and ship it as a Zendesk Labs feature. These apps do not undergo design reviews, product analysis, or rigorous testing. This allows for rapid feature innovation built on top of Zendesk.
These are experimental apps that have not been thoroughly tested so they are not supported by the Zendesk team. That being said, there are a few different resources you can check through if you are running into issues with a Zendesk Labs app:
- Read through the installation instructions and app configuration to ensure the app has been set up correctly.

- Go to the app's Github page and create a new issue/feature request. This will notify the app's developer directly.
