What is Zendesk Labs? Why aren't Zendesk Labs apps supported by Zendesk?
Answer
Zendesk Labs allows any engineer (or heck, any Zendesk employee) to come up with a cool idea, code it, and ship it as a Zendesk Labs feature without any design reviews, product analysis, or, to be honest, much testing. This means rapid feature innovation built on top of Zendesk.
As these are experimental apps that have not been thoroughly tested, they are not supported by the Zendesk team. That being said, there are a few different resources you can check through if you're running into issues with a Zendesk Labs app:
- For starters, double-check through the installation instructions and app configuration to ensure the app has been set up correctly. You can go here for more information on troubleshooting issues with apps: Troubleshooting apps issues.
- Additionally, feel free to navigate to the app's Github page and create a new issue/feature request. This should notify the app's developer directly.

What is Channel Integrations?
I get this when doing a condition on a trigger. Does that mean if i have a notify target for Public Reply that would be considered a channel Integration?
