Why are videos not displaying in Help Center?
This issue often occurs when you try to embed a video from a HTTP site into an HTTPS site. In order for videos from HTTP sites to display on your HTTPS site, you will need modify the video URL to contain HTTPS. To verify that this is the issue that caused the error, open up the browser console to see if there are errors related to "Mixed content", you should also see which URLs are specifically being used. Once the URLs have been identified, you will need to relocate this data to a secured site (a site with
https:// in the URL), then modify the URLs in your article/template to reflect the new secured location.
If you have updated the resource with HTTPS and content is still not being displayed, you will want to allow unsafe content to be displayed on your Help Center. To do so navigate to Guide Admin > Settings icon () in the sidebar, under Security enable Display unsafe content. Once you have updated your settings, the videos should display.
