Can I export the data from the reports in the Reporting Overview?
Currently, it is not possible for reports to be exported from the Overview page found via Reporting > Overview.
If you are on Professional or Enterprise, you may create reports within Insights for exporting. Please note that Insights includes a default dashboard entitled Overview. This dashboard can be exported. See Sharing Reports in Insights for more information.

If you are on Essential or Team, you can gather ticket data through the use of the API to use with an external reporting tool.
