Can I export the data from the reports in the Reporting Overview?

    I can see the Overview, Reports and Export option under the reporting page. Is this not what the above question is?

    Actually which API end point I need to use to get the reporting metrics? I need to have the New Tickets, Solved Tickets, Open Tickets etc. count, and the leader board. Then I need to access the Individuals report that shows how many he has closed, how any has been assigned etc for the specific time period.

    Hi Sham!

    The export tab in the Reporting page is where you can do full data exports for purposes of backing up the data in you Zendesk. The data that you export from that tab doesn't have anything to do with your Reporting Overview.

    You can find all the ticket-related API endpoints in our Developer Resources. I'm no API expert, so I can't get more specific that that, but I would encourage you to visit our Developer API topic here in the Community. There are plenty of experts there who may be able to help!

    I am also trying to api an Average Reponse Time in Zendesk. I was not able to do it in Zendesk API getting all metrics because there is no filter in Ticket metrics to filter voicemail, and due to that, I have to API all tickets multiple times ( limitation of 100 per page) and get metrics of each ticket. Then after, I have thousands of ticket metrics, then I calculate the average response time. Sorry I am new to this and my way/idea of solving could be stupid but i could not find any. 

    I found Good Data in Zendesk does make life easier to create reporting of Average Response Time and easier to just api that. so, is there a quickers documentation or URL to that documentation?

    I also have to calculate CSAT of service score of ticket. I would love to know if there is any solution for this as well.
