    Is there a way for an admin to change display name and tagline for the agents in Chat, like in the People panel in Zendesk?

    Hi Sófús,

    A chat admin can update Display Name of an agent from the Chat Dashboard (this setting is not in the People section in Support). If you login to Chat and go to Settings> Agents you can select an agent's profile there is a section to update their Display Name. The Tagline is personal setting that agents will need to update themselves.
