I've had this happen to me a couple of times, but to my knowledge, we never received an email stating that it had been disabled.  Is there something I can check to make sure this is being sent out when it happens?

    HeyO John,

Sorry for the confusion on this! I've just tested this behavior and it appears to be only the owner of the account that is notified in the case of targets being disabled due to failure.

I'm going to update this article so that it's a bit clearer on that point. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Thanks for the feedback!  We did track down the message, and as you stated, it went to someone other than me.  They had no idea what it meant and ignored it, so we've established a new process for them to notify me if they see it in the future.

Any thoughts on the ability to define who this message goes to, or perhaps add all Admins to the recipient list?

    Thanks again

At present, this message is only sent to the account owner. We do have a feature that's currently in beta that would allow administrators to have more visibility on these target failures:

While it's not exactly what you're looking for, it might help to surface issues more easily.

I've updated this article slightly to make that more evident. Good catch!

Hey guys! Sorry for the inaccurate info on my part! I've gone ahead and removed my original comment to avoid confusion for others in the future. :)
