Automated email received from Support with the message: The target 'Salesforce Target' has been temporarily disabled due to too many failures. You can re-enable the target from Admin ( ) > Settings > Extensions > Targets to continue sending messages to the target, but please check the possible reason of these failures by testing the target first.
- You must be an account administrator to view/change these settings.
- Only the account's owner is sent this notification email.
When Support and/or another app is experiencing connectivity issues some tools still run on the backend, targets are still attempting to run but connection failure occurs.
All targets in Support automatically become deactivated after 21 failed attempts to send. You can easily resolve this by going to Admin ( ) > Settings > Extensions > Targets and reactivating the target.
