What time zone applies to my business hours? Follow


I've configured a schedule in my Zendesk Support account. How do I know what time zone this schedule is using?


For Professional plans

On the Professional plan, your business hour's time zone is the system time zone you set. This time zone is configured via Admin > Settings > Account > Localization.

For Enterprise plans

On the Enterprise plan, the timezone for a schedule is configured at the time of the schedule's creation. You can create a schedule via Admin > Settings > Schedule
