Can I have different versions of the Web Widget on different websites?
No, it is not possible to have multiple versions of the same Web Widget embedded on different sites. There is only one code per Web Widget and it's only possible to have one version of the Web Widget per account.
However, when using our Multibrand feature, each brand gets its own Web Widget to customize as needed for the specific brand and its workflow. Therefore, the best option to accomplish differentiating the Web Widgets in one Zendesk would be our Multibrand add-on.
