How can I find out which of my ticket forms are using a specific ticket field?
At this time, there is not a native functionality within the agent interface to list which ticket forms are using a specific ticket field, however, the easiest way to accomplish this is using our API ticket forms endpoint.
First, identify the ID for the ticket field that you would like to identify. The ID can be found by selecting edit on the ticket field under Admin ( ) > Manage > Ticket fields, the ID is listed below the field name:

You can then use CTRL+f to find which forms contain the ticket field using the ticket field ID you grabbed first.
