    Unfortunately I am unable to use the API because I am using the PHP SDK. ...well I guess I could but I would then be writing a custom integration for just the set of endpoints around Ticket Forms.

    If I knew that your SDK only supported a sub-set of your API endpoints I probably would have written a custom integration as to not have this problem.

    When do you foresee an update to the PHP SDK?
    There are a number of API endpoints that are available, yet seem to not be supported in the PHP SDK.

    It would be nice to have the various Forms endpoints, as well as some other things that I found missing like /api/v2/organizations/create_or_update.json or /api/v2/organizations/{id}/tickets.json

    We are supporting multiple brands with varying forms/fields, and would like to handle the forms through the API as well as the fields. Currently I would have to write custom code to support forms that would vary greatly with all of the rest of my logic round calling your API.

    Hi Shane. The two official API Clients (PHP and Ruby) are due for a refresh. As you've found out, there are gaps and usability issues with the current versions. There are no announced dates when this will happen, however.

    I'm going to pass along your comment to product management. This exposure may help up the priority. If you have any other pain points to share, please do.
