How can I report on tickets that have contained a value for a specific ticket field? I want to see any ticket that has ever had a single value in a field, regardless if it is the current value.
You may create a report in Insights, which uses the following conditions:
- What: # Ticket Updates
- How: Ticket ID (optional), Your Ticket Field (search for your ticket field, select, then Filter this attribute to only include the values you want).
- Filter: This will automatically populate when you Filter this attribute under "How"
If you choose to include Ticket ID as part of your How, it will generate a full list of tickets that were updated with that value. For more information on creating reports in Insights, see Zendesk Insights resources (Professional and Enterprise).
