I am attempting to embed an image from my Dropbox account into my Help Center, but the image link keeps displaying as broken. How can I embed this image?
Your Dropbox account must not require a sign-in in order to view the images. If your Dropbox requires authentication, it will not be possible to embed the images.
If your Dropbox does not require authentication and the image is still breaking, you'll likely need to make a minor change to your image's URL.
- Copy the Dropbox image's URL.
- Paste this into your article's source code.
- At the end of the URL, change the ?dl=0 to ?raw=1.
This will provide a direct link to the image, instead of providing a link to the URL hosted within Dropbox's application, which causes the link breakage.
