I've integrated the BigCommerce application into my Support account. When I select + add > Ticket to create a new ticket, I do not see the BigCommerce app on my apps sidebar. Why isn't it displaying?
It is expected for the BigCommerce app to not display on a brand new unsubmitted ticket. This app is only able to function on tickets that have been created in your system.
Since just opening a new ticket (before submitting the ticket) does not create a ticket in your system, the application does not display. Once you submit the ticket (into any status), you will be able to open the ticket and see the BigCommerce app.
