I've integrated the BigCommerce application into my Support account. When I select + add > Ticket to create a new ticket, I do not see the BigCommerce app on my apps sidebar. Why isn't it displaying?
This is the intended behavior of the BigCommerce app. The app itself will not display on a ticket until the ticket has been created in your system. Since opening a new ticket (before submitting the ticket) does not create a ticket in your system, the application does not display. Once you submit the ticket (into any status), you will be able to open the ticket and see the BigCommerce app.
