I have a couple of different views for different purposes, but tickets are displaying across multiple views. Why is this happening?
Views operate on condition sets to determine which tickets to display. If a ticket exists in more than one view, it is because the ticket matches the condition sets for both views.
To check the conditions of a view
- Navigate to Reporting icon () > Manage > Views.
- Select the view.
- From the view edit page, review the conditions.
