The Zendesk for Windows Phone mobile app is being removed from Zendesk. We will discontinue development on December 31, 2016, and you will no longer be able to access the app beginning on March 1, 2017.
If you are currently using the Windows phone app, you need to migrate to either Android or iOS for a tailored mobile experience.

What does this mean?
Between the announcement and end of development, Zendesk will not make any feature enhancements to the Windows Phone app, but will continue to make minor bug and security fixes at our discretion.
When development ends on December 31, 2016, Zendesk will no longer address bugs and minor issues specific to the Windows Phone app. We will continue to resolve any major breakage in functionality until the end of life date. The app will be removed from the app store for new downloads.
Starting April 5, 2017, support and development will end. The app will also be removed from the app store and unavailable for additional downloads.
Why is Zendesk removing this?
The Windows Phone app makes up for a fraction of a percent of all mobile app traffic.
The core Zendesk Support product is constantly being updated with new features. These features are not automatically inherited into the mobile apps and occasionally it will break the mobile apps if nothing is done.
Unfortunately, the usage of our Windows Phone app is too low to justify ongoing support to ensure the app stays align with the new features and functionality of Zendesk Support and provides a valuable experience to our Windows Phone users.

What do I need to do?
You'll be able to access Zendesk via the browser, however for a tailored mobile experience, you will need to migrate to iOS or Android.
