HubSpot form submissions are becoming suspended tickets. The sender of the mail is email@example.com.
- You must be an account administrator.
- You must be on the Zendesk Team, Professional, or Enterprise plan.
- You must be on the HubSpot Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plan.
Zendesk will always suspend tickets coming from "no reply" email addresses. This is a hard set system rule, one possible workaround is adding this email address to the allowlist under Admin icon ( ) > Settings > Customers. Alternatively, if you want to create tickets from an online submission form, you can create a custom ticket form that utilizes the Zendesk API to create tickets. This option will bypass any email being sent and forgo the suspension rules. For more information on this, see Building a custom ticket form with the Zendesk API
