What is the attachment size limit for ticket comments?
The maximum filesize for a single email attachment (meaning an inline and appended attachment) is 7 MB. The total of all email attachments cannot exceed 10 MB. When these limits are exceeded, Support will attempt to process the attachment as a linked attachment instead. The maximum filesize for a single linked attachment is 50 MB. There is not a possibility to increase these file size limits, so if you want to send files that exceed these limits, use another method. You can choose to host those files on another site and send the customer the hyperlink to the file, or, on the Team plan and above, you can look into using a file-sharing app from our Marketplace, such as the Box app which allows you to share larger files.
