How do I sign up for Zendesk Chat without a Zendesk Support account?
If you are a new customer and want to sign up for a Chat-only account, register through the link: Zendesk Chat sign up page.
If you started with a Zendesk Suite trial and decide to continue with only a Chat-only account, you need to sign up for a new trial through our Chat sign up page. Zendesk Suite accounts do not have the option to be converted to a Chat-only account.

Additional consideration before you purchase a Chat-only plan
You can enable Support and other Zendesk products on your Chat-only account. To make sure that you only subscribe to Chat when you purchase your plan, set the other products to stay on trial or let it expire before you proceed to checkout.
