    This would be fantastic for us -- and also allow us to reduce the number of SPF records we have to maintain.

    Hello, 

    I am not super technical so the answer may be in this article, but can our clients whitelist our email server so our ZD generated email will not go to their spam folders? If so, where do I find what our ZD email server is?

    As a recent convert from Freshdesk this is a sorely missed feature. 

    It let us track the open and click through on emails we sent by using an SMTP relay with tracking.
