How do I prevent certain end users from accessing Help Center via SSO?
After implementing single sign-on in your account, depending on the SSO implementation that you use, you will need to restrict these users in your database.
- If you use an app-assignment workflow on your SSO server side (for example Okta), you will need to remove the Zendesk app, that is associated to those users.
- If you don't use an app-assignment workflow, user creation should be disabled within the SSO integration by, for example, having two users directories: one that can login and the other one that could login only to your own apps.
