How do I set a temporary password for an agent?
Passwords can be reset within the user profile under Security Settings > Password. If an admin is looking to manually set a password for an agent, the Zendesk Account owner will first need to enable the Allow admins to set passwords setting within the account.
For instructions on how to enable this option, visit Setting the password security level (Professional and Enterprise).
Once the Allow admins to set passwords feature has been enabled on the account, any admin will then be able to manually set a users password within the user profile under Security Settings > Password > Set.
