After installing an app from the Marketplace in your account you might experience performance issues. These issues may prevent or limit agents from updating tickets, users, or organizations.
When two or more applications attempt the same task and clash with each other, this can cause unexpected behaviors in your account.
Some of these behaviors might include:
- Error messages when saving tickets
- Ticket fields disappearing
