Can I update a checkbox field by adding a tag?

    Hi Laura, 

    Is there a way to update a checkbox based on group? For example, we have a form that has a checkbox field called "Reviewed by Risk" and the manager wants only Risk agents to be able to check the box. 

    I added a meet all condition in the trigger 'Group is Risk' and it works, but anyone from another group can still check the box and manually route the ticket to Risk with the box checked. 


    Any ideas?

    This can be possible to build in a trigger on the agent level. You can create a trigger with the ANY conditions "current user is not (agent)" for each of the agents you don't want to be able to check the checkbox.
