Can I disable voicemail for Zendesk Talk?
Answer
Yes, it is possible to configure voicemail to be turned on or off depending on whether a call comes in during or outside of your business hours. It is also customize your greetings to suit your configuration.
Note: Disabling voicemail is not available on Talk Lite.

Thanks for sharing this over! You are correct and toggling voicemail off is not available on the Lite plan.
