A number of our customers have told us that they are interested in learning more about apps, but are not sure where to begin or which would be best. To assist, we are pleased to announce that we are beginning the rollout of App Recommendations, a new feature that suggests potential apps based on unique account attributes.
Customers that do not already have sidebar apps will find suggestions in the apps sidebars when looking at tickets, the organization and user. Recommendations are tailored to the sidebar location.
