    We receive ~60% of our support tickets via mobile SDK from our mobile app. When a user writes in via mobile SDK, does Answer Bot reply to the users email address? 

    Is it possible to get answer bot to reply back through the mobile SDK so that the article recommendations go to the user's phone where they initially submitted their question?
