Can I customize the look of the satisfaction rating landing page?
No, although the automation email for customer satisfaction ratings can be customized (See: Customizing your customer satisfaction survey), the customer satisfaction rating page that opens in browser is a system default page that cannot be edited with custom code in Help Center.
As an alternative, you can integrate your own customer satisfaction tool into Zendesk via API to send the Satisfaction Rating details to the ticket. You can find our satisfaction ratings API endpoints in our developer.zendesk.com webpage.
