Can I customize the look of the Satisfaction Rating landing page?

    I tried to create satisfaction rating for some ticket via API, but getting such a response. Checked in the report settings in admin, satisfaction ratings are enabled.

    Only the ticket requester can add feedback.

    So if you want to use the API to add feedback you need to also do some kind of oAuth authorization via SAML/JWT or others to let him add feedback directly.

    The satisfaction page that we cannot edit is showing our Agent's real name. How can we ensure that is obscured?

    Hello Renee,

    To ensure your agent's real name isn't displayed, you have two options you could use. 

    1. You could implement agent alias settings, which will allow agents to create a persona and keep their real name private. An alias, rather than a user name, is used by placeholders in automated messages as well. 

    2. You could ensure no agent is utilizing their actual name in their agent profile and instead using a call name.
